Component Assemblies
Aerotech can produce Component Assemblies to meet our customers specifications and requirements.
We can design and manufacture our own low cost tooling solutions to manufacture these Component Assemblies.
Aerotech can also reverse engineer any Tooling required to manufacture any Component Assembly requirement of our customers if they have lost the Assembly Tooling.

Composite Manufacture
Aerotech can provide our clients with Composite manufacturing capability with our Autoclave.
The size of our clave is 1.2m Día x 3.5m in length.
Maximum operating Temperature is 210 Degrees Celsius at 10 Bar Internal Pressure.
Reverse Engineering
Aerotech offer a Reverse Engineering capability.
All reversed engineered parts are modelled in Solidworks or Catia V5.
We can also provide Production Drawings for any part or parts should our customer request one.
We can produce manufactured components from this data and deliver these with the any supporting documentation to our customer.
